When will my order arrive?

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days of payment and will arrive within 4 days (USA) and 3 - 16 days (International). If you are sending it as a gift directly to the recipient, just let us know at checkout and we will include your personal message on a card. All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class, Priority or Express Mail in a box with bubble wrap for USA and International orders.

What is your return policy?

100% Satisfaction Guarantee! Return, Refund, Remake! Whatever it takes! We're not happy unless you are happy! We work hard to ensure our products will stand up to expected use, but if something does not meet your expectations or if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. So together, we can determine the best course of action, which may be a replacement, repair or return. One of a kind, custom, and large orders are subject to our discretion, and may not be returnable and/or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Can I customize a special order?

We love customizing! Please share your ideas! Currently, we have options of hand stamped messages, engraving and using your personal photographs.

Do you all offer bridal jewelry?

Bridal orders are welcome. We can create something special for you, your bridesmaids, and groomsmen. Please contact us at for further details.

Can I purchase specific items for wholesale?

Yes, if you order five pieces or more of the same item. Please first contact us at to receive a wholesale discount price and create an order for you with applied discount.

I forgot my sign in password, can you reset it?

Unfortunately, gift certificates can not be refunded at this time.

Can I refund a gift certificate?

No. When purchasing a gift card, you will go directly to checkout after clicking Purchase.

Can I buy multiple gift certificates in one order? Or purchase a gift certificate with other products?

The recipient will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, they'll see the remaining balance if there is any.

How do I check my gift certificate balance?

Send an email to and we will resend the code for you.

What do I do if I lose my gift card code?

It isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You can create a new account using your updated email address.

Can I change my sign in email address?

All purchases are carefully gift wrapped for love and attention, whether for yourself or someone else! We can gift wrap your purchase based upon the holiday or special occasion, so it is ready for gift giving. If you prefer for your purchase not to be gift wrapped, let us now at checkout.

Is it possible for my order to be gift wrapped?
